Nope, the lag is still there. Not as much as it used to be but it's not gone. Insanity started going down at a higher rate for a week or so. |

That's because the boss is not scripted correctly, whenever she casts the breath she doesn't target a player but instead targets an invisible NPC which makes her looks like she's spinning around clueless. |
