Couldn't find link for Clearcasting
Bug description: If both buffs proc at the same time the next Regrowth you apply consumes all 3 stacks of Clearcasting but it should only consume one stack (the other 2 regrowths come free of mana because of the Power of the Archdruid not the Clearcasting itself).

MrRobot states that that Clearcasting stack gets consumed when the Regrowth cast is completed.
