| Propun ca acest fix (2% combat mana regen) sa se aplice doar in arenas/bg pentru ca acolo damage-ul incasat este mult mai aproape de Blizz decat este cel incasat in PvE. |

1. Daca aveam logica asta numarul minim de cantariri era 0, nu? Alegeai unu la nimereala si ala era, nu cantareai mimic.
