[FIXED] [Druid][Restoration][Spell] Efflorescence

WoW Freakz spell link: Swiftmend , Efflorescence
Bug description: Swiftmend activates Efflorescence which should heal for 12% of the ammount healed by Swiftmend per second, for 7 seconds, but it only heals for roughly half of the ammount. (even the spell tooltip confirms it, as u can see in the ss).



Proof: Image (I healed with Swiftmend for ~50k, and Efflorescence should heal for ~6k / tick, but it only heals for ~2.7k)
