This happens everywhere at the moment, scaling is back to how it was yesterday every mob is 110/111/112 no matter your level
Edit: Latest restart seems to have fixed it |

Did a little bit of testing, it's caused by Incarnation : Chosen of Elune and Blessing of the Ancients : Elune being used at the same time. It only happens with lunar strike as far as I can tell and I think I know why...
