hello as shown in the screenshot the quest 28329 semmes to be bugged, at least to me.
cannot complete it in anyway, tried to restart game, reloaded ui, tried to change map with the heartstone and then coming back.. nothing.

Low lvl quest's are not our top priority atm, it will be fixed in time until then move to the next quest.
