question about the profession?

Hi,i start play wow on ur server,so i just wanna know something about profession,bcuz on forum i dont see guide for ( blacksmithing,jewelcrafting,enchanting and leatherworking )

so do this professions works? do they have bug? can i start do it or pick some other profession? Ty.
