random deaths in Vashj'ir from falling and mount bug there

Bug description: I am trying questing in Abyssal Depths and i randomly die from falling even if i am swimming in the water. Its so frustrating to do some quests there. I cant even mount there with my seahorse of Poseidus mount. But this bug is mostly in 50% of all Vashj'ir zone

Yes, that is true. It is impossible to get to some quest hubs because the character dies randomly from "falling" ---->https://imgur.com/nHNIseQ. This issue happens mostly in the northern part of Abyssal Depths

Also, there is a fatigue meter almost everywhere in vashj'ir. Most of the times it does nothing, but in certain places it also drains HP till death. One of the places was somewhere near Nespirah.
Also, i noticed a thing about the mount bug. The mount is unusable almost everywhere on the Vashj'ir seafloor, but once you go up a little, to the surface(change position only on the z axis), the mount
becomes usable.
