rdf bug , cant join

Bug description:
hi
i massaged in game 4 times , i want to join rdf for new raid , i cant join any of them
my i lvl is 920 and story of new map is 3/3
every time i join rdf im alone and it is 1/25 but every body can join erd very easy
my hero name is barfak
can u fix it fast , tomorow rdf will reset

and its not just rdf for new raids , i want to join guldan lfr but i cant join it too , all the lfr are buged for me
i deleted cache and other things but didnt work
in my account with other hero i joined lfr yesterday but the hero name barfak is buged and cant join anywhere
even i want to go with group to lft , they coudlnt join because of me
