I tried to make a void elf hunter, but when i click "conform" to finally play, error message pops up saying "error creating a character".

I know that the character limit is 10 including deleted characters, but i only have 5(including deleted characters), i also tried to make another acc but its the same thing with evry class and race.

PLEASE HELP HO CAN
