bk-ul nu da dmg cum trebuie da dmg redus pana la un anumit lvl apoi dmg normal am 2 screen pt asta

Asta pentru ca base attack rate creste odata cu level-ul. Se simte diferenta numai la low stats. Asa e sistemul la toate clasele.
