remove ignor player, after relog player again stand ignor list

Bug description: i ignore some player befor update patch to 7.3, now many time rmove to ignore list but any time after relog player again in ignor list, pls help

Can't reproduce the issue, it work perfectly fine for me.
Can you please provide an example (video) of you doing it?

Also, try deleting your cache folder as it might help with the issue.

i click on: Social> ignor tab> click player name> remove player, this work but after relog player again in ignor list.

i deleted cahce folder in game folder and nothing

i remove all character in my ignor list and don just few character back to ignor list after relog.
Interestingly, all returned characters are for the one account.

Try to also disable all your addons and then clear the ignore list. It could be related to one of your addons.

But some data is not stored on the server?
Is there no problem from the server?
Because I reloaded my game with Torrent and now I do not have more than two addons that I have also disabled.
