removed item from rare mob

Bug description: hello on 28th june 2022 i looted from a rare mob an item called [Watchful Eye of the Damned]
the day after i logged in it was gone out of my collection log it was also removed in the guild tab were u could see rare loots stuff like that.
i made a open ticket with it and they send me to make this open ticket.
in the pictures i will set my proof.
