Explain your rotation and how you maximize your performance :
Single target heal - lifebloom ,Rejuvenation 2x , Swiftmend + regrowth (try to reapply hots and spam regrowth (mostly with swiftmend))
Multi target heal - at least one rejuvenation on each group member , Swiftmend + Wild growth , Essence of Ghanir + Tranquility (burst)

Do you research boss fights in advance ? If so, what source of information do you use? : yes I do , I am looking at youtube videos where they explain tactics on each boss (FatbossTV)

Current Raiding Experience? : EN - nm(7/7) , Hc(7/7) (Monster-wow legions server)
