Salutare bucatari!

Departe de casa fiind, am incercat odata sa-mi reimprospatez papilele gustative cu o mancare specifica romaneasca si anume Mititei la Gratar -
Buuun, toate bune si frumoasa...am cautat reteta pe internet, carne tocata, usturoi, condimente, lalala si Bicarbonat de Sodiu!... bicarbonat de sodiu ce astia in America nu au, in schimb ei folosesc "Baking Soda"... am cautat pe net, cica ar fi acelasi lucru...buuuun
Acum intrebarea mea vine, cat baking soda sa pun si apoi cat sa las pana aceasta actioneaza si aereaza pasta de mici?
