hello, sirs.. its 8pm here in the Philippines so, good evening..hehe i have a problem about my quest for my artifact.. rogue assasination.. i abandoned it and i deleted the letter.. i was at the quest at darkshire that time. i cannot complete the quest because the NPC im about to attempt to kill has vanished so i abandoned the quest to retake it but i cannot find the NPC to give it to me again.. and i have read the letter from herald many times but still no quest pops up.. is there anything i can do?thnx a lot, sirs..
