[REJECTED] [shaman][enhancement] Ride the lightning damage

Bug description: I did dmg test for ride the lightning ~2 days ago and it was hitting the same as forked lightning.
I think it may have the same problem as that spell

mabe the damage should be split between targets for this spell too?

This should be fixed .. it deals huge amount of damage in pvp.

Ok.
I think that I was mistaken about the split dmg part.
And I did a test
With boulderfist increase I did ~74k
and in this video:
at https://youtube.com/watch?v=qno1u5Tvypo:

the shamy hits his secondary target for 74231
So the damage shouldn't be split and the damage I did was the same as in the video.
So I will mark this as rejected.
