Bug description:

I was in the lair of the black wing in the last boss NERFARION, unfortunately my game crashed and my character was in battle, when I restarted the account with the character it was in ghost mode and when entering the character it is completely locked and cannot be taken no action, all options are disabled, including pause menu actions, I ask for help, thanks in advance:
