teleports & relog vs PvP-on/off status

Exactly this doesn't work properly.

Bug description: Pvp status should be saved on re-logging... meaning the 5 min timer(after manually turning off) should not be cleared instantly with relog or teleport to other zone, unless it's a sanctuary zone.

edit: seems manually enabling pvp doesn't work either(clicking from portrait), on screen message says it's On but opposite faction still can't attack you, unless your pvp state is forced to be On by some quests or items etc.
