the WOW wont open (CAS error)

i was just playin the game and the server seem to froze ...
then i use alt f4 to close it , but then agian when i tryed to open the luncher it took a little time and came up with the
The CAS system was unable to initialize : error downloading versions data from patch service:WOWDOWNLOAD_GOT_NOTHING. URL:https://cdn.wow-freakz.com:5100/wow/versions.
Error downloading CDN dara from patch service: WOWDOWNLOAD_GOT_NOTHING. URL:http://cdn.wow-freakz.com:5100/wow/cdns

so i replaced the luncher and other files on wow folder just in case
deleted the cache
and then doanloaded the luncher from the site agian (32-64)
tryed diffrent networks vpn included but didnt worked
what to do? -

Yep, same.

I deactivated "read only" in the folder settings, but it didn't worked :/

there was a folder in my WOW named : Utils
i just relocated it to see what happends ...
it actully worked ...

I just wanted to look for this folder "utils", accidentally started the game and now it works again ... I didn't change anything.

Just happen to me this morning and cannot login the game and I played all day fine yesterday without any issues.

Deleted cache folder
