~the tillers reputation quest~

hey guys! i have a question for those who know a little something about quests
i want to get exalted with the tillers and there is this quest

which i can`t complete.I plant the seeds,i see the plant growing but when it grows to a certain stage and it simply dissapears and i can`t harvest it.
Is there a special way to harvest it or i need a certain tool to do so?
P.S: i posted here and not on bug report because it says the quest was completed by 2 thousands of players so...if u know how to complete it plz tell me

This quest seems to be broken for awhile now. There is no possible way to complete it at this current point I believe. Please feel free to check if it is already reported as a bug and if it isn't please do so.
