Yeah, the title says it all. Avenger's shield doesn't apply Bulwark of Order, which is an artifact trait that gives you a shield consisted of some percentage of the damage done by the shield.

Server works fine for a day or two, then issues start appearing all over again, and the same ones..
Lasts for a couple of minutes up to an hour.
