Bug description: Avenger's shield doesn't apply bulwark of order

this buff doesn't happen to me, and probably to countless other paladins.

I can confirm as a prot paladin main ALL paladins have this bug right now Bulwark of Order doesn't work and you need this buff to stay alive in 25+ keys

Has been fixed , it's working properly now after the restart

It was due to some necrotic interaction bug,live needed restart in order to fix it.
