Bug description: vP rewards that u get from end of the game are not scaled to 8.1. In 8.1 these should be the ilvl for the items :
Tier, Rating, End of Match iLvl, Weekly cac ... |

PvP rewards that u get from end of the game are not scaled to 8.1. In 8.1 these should be the ilvl for the items :
Tier, Rating, End of Match iLvl, Weekly cache iLvl, Weekly Azerite item iLvl
