[DUPLICATE] [Arena] Ilvl cap for end of game rewards from arena was forgotten

Character name: Maylena
Bug description: vP rewards that u get from end of the game are not scaled to 8.1. In 8.1 these should be the ilvl for the items :
Tier, Rating, End of Match iLvl, Weekly cache iLvl, Weekly Azerite item iLvl
Unranked, 0 – 1399, item level 370, item level 385, item level 385
Combatant, 1400 – 1599, item level 380, item level 395, item level 385
Challenger, 1600 – 1799, item level 390, item level 400, item level 400
Rival, 1800 – 2099, item level 395, item level 405, item level 400
Duelist, 2100 – 2399, item level 400, item level 410, item level 415
Gladiator, 2400+, item level 405, item level 415, item level 415

Right now, you only get 385 as the highest ilvl item from end of game rewards, of course without warforge or titanforge. You forgot to unlock the ilvl , since it was locked to max 385 for the first week (End-of-match rewards will be capped at 385 during the first week of the season.)

I posted on pvp section a week ago and it was seen but ignored, pvp on Freakz is already miserable, but playing at 2000+ rating an getting 385 ilvl items makes it even worse.
