Bug description: I've reached prestige 1 honor level 50 and as it should be I need a quest to unlock the PvP artifact skin or whatever its called , but none of that happend . Is it not scripted yet? ...

So here's my problem I got this [[110] WANTED: Glimar Ironfist] quest.It's a (World Quest) which after killing the current mob(NPC) the quest won't complete I have it in the quest log.I killed the NP ...
