World Quest won't complete ...

So here's my problem I got this [[110] WANTED: Glimar Ironfist] quest.It's a (World Quest) which after killing the current mob(NPC) the quest won't complete I have it in the quest log.I killed the NPC 50 times already and im not joking and nothing happens tried to delete cache/relog/unstuck , nothing seems to help . Also i got the same problem with one quest in SKYHOLD i couldn't accept it and one of your GM's reset it for me and it got fixed .Now i have this problem i even made a video if that helps you.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hz7fdo3yAYY&feature=youtu.be
Hope to get answer ASAP cause i have it for like 1-2 days ...
P.S This works for other ppl , but i cannot complete it ... It seems like some data gets corrupted for some accounts if that makes sense cause one can do the quest the other ones cannot. You should consider that and check accounts datebase on quest etc. as i said if that make sense and do one big reset
