These NPC-s should sell the Pandaria pvp items, but they are empty. Its the alliance side, at Lion's Redubt.

Another private servers have got this feature, it would be nice here too, in my opinion.
We have another awesome features here( like Arena spectate, cross faction, instant fly path, etc.) so why not? ... |

After you shoot him down, he only come down just a little, so not reachable for the meele classes. |
