Been split into 2 issues to avoid problems since versatility and general temporary damage reduction effects behave slightly different.

Additionaly this issue is consolidated along with https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Druid-Feral-Rip-Rake-Ashamanes-Frenzy-and-Thrash-ignoring-versatility-dmg-reduction-t582637.html
