[REJECTED] Draenor elite mount mobs not in the spot they need to be in

Character name: BlackMuffin
Bug description: The npc tracker says that he is alive and well but the tracker shows me that he is on the edge of the map and when i am looking at his normal spawn locations and i am going around every spawn i cant see him same thing to almost all the other rare elite mounts drops except for Nok-Karosh i saw him on his spawn

I've checked and the NPC is spawned near the waypoints shown on Wowhead and is stationary.
