Bug description: so...i reach exalted with proudmore , trying to prepare for the future to unlock it

...and requirements for that are : exalted + A nation united achivment .that includes :
A PRINDE OF KUL TIRAS storyline ( that includes the quest i linked

) both added in patch 8.0.1
as we can see in link, on freakz database we cannot start the quest

The questline is not implemented.
