[REJECTED] Titan Residuum gained from Scrapping/Disenchanting

Bug description: The amount of Titan residuum gained from scrapping is worthless since the cost of azerites is scaled according to retail.
You need to increase the amount of titan gained via scrapping/disenchanting to make sure this custom feature (that was not available in 8.0.1 ofc) can work. The values we have right now are from 8.1 PTR which were just momentary.

Hello Dardav,

The image that you have linked on your post here is incorrect on our server the rates for scrapping as of right now are -

340 = 12 , 355 = 35 , etc ,etc ...

As well with the exclusion of Rare Azerite armor not giving any Titan Residuum, but materials instead.
