Descrierea bugului / Bug description:
[Improved Cleanse Spirit] does not remove Curse+Magic debuff if you have both debuffs on you or friendly target.
[Cleansing Waters] should heal 2x if it dispels Curse+Magic debuff.

5.1 Restoration
[Cleansing Waters]
This might be common sense to some people, but if your target is affected with a curse and a magical debuff it will heal two times. Therefore, you might want to stop casting a heal spell and use it to position yourself perfectly while healing!

Restoration druid's [Nature's Cure] and Holy paladin's [Sacred Cleansing] are also bugged.
