WoW exe. problem

I dont know where i suppose to write ( sorry for my english) but when i open WoW by WoW exe. terms and rules shows me first like a first time when i launch the game. Can u help me? its very annoying every time accept the rules etc.

Please check if your WTF folder isn't set to "Read only" in properties - if yes, uncheck it.
