Item pierdut la rollback

Faceam icc si am luat un item de la un boss...apoi s-a dat disconect cu rollback..si cand am intrat nu mai aveam itemu...dar pe armory apare !
Va rog frumos sa ma ajutati sal recuperez ... sant incepator si nu stiu la ce sectiune sa postez...
