1.start with "Bloodsail Buccaneers" reputation . First find Bootybay faction in ur reputation list and "At war" with them. Then go to Bootybay and start killing evry Bootybay NPC u see. This will increase reputation with "Bloodsail Buccaneers". Do that till u get Honored with them. After its done, follow these coordinates 30"90" and u will see NPC named Fleet Master Firallon, take those quests and complete them. For reward u'll get title "Bloodsail Admiral <name>" Thats it for "Bloodsail Buccaneers"

2. Take a fly path to "Feralas" . When u get there move to Dire Maul instance. And enter in left entrance (take Engineer - Elemental charge , or rogue - Lockpicking to enter). When u get inside just go foward and follow the road till u get to goblin named Knot Thimblejack, take Free Knot repeatable quest and start killing nearby ogres for Gordok Shackle Key to complete quest. Do that till u get to exalted with all goblin citys ( Gadgetzan, Bootybay, Everlook, Ratchet).

3. Next one is "Shen'dralar", the NPC is called Lorekeeper Lydros (he's in Dire Maul). He gives 4-5 diffrent quests, but u need to take only one -> Libram of Protection. To get exalted u will need 8x Libram of Protection which is droped by ogres in whole Dire Maul, 8x Pristine Black Diamond u can get these in Stratholme, 16x Large Brilliant Shard from Auction House or Disnchanting and 8x Frayed Abomination Stitching easiest way to get is Vote points. Each time u complete quest u'll get 5000 rep. with Shen'dralar. REMEMBER Libram of Protection is UNIQUE, that means u can carry only 1x.

4. Ravenholdt. U can raise ur reputation by killing mobs in "Durnhold Keep", thats in Hillsbrad Foothills. When u reach Revered u wount get more rep. by killing those mobs, so u need to get a rogue, or tell a friend to pickpocket Heavy Junkbox from mobs in Blackrock Spire. U'll need around 280 Heavy Junkbox. After u get those make sure to send them in ur mail and keep them there (coz u cant have that much boxes in ur bags). Then go on 75 - 24 coords in Hillsbrad Foothills , follow the road on mounting and u'll see house. Go inside and there is quest giver -> Junkboxes Needed. And OFC, take a Engineer who can MOLL-E so u can take ur Heavy Junkbox which is waiting for u in mail.

5. Darkmoon Fire. U can do that one on more diffrent ways, but the easiest way to get exalted is by doing quests from Kerri Hicks, she can be in Terrokar Forest, Goldshire... And she's giving quest called Rituals of Strength. And the second quest is from Rinling - quest -> Thorium Widget. To complete first quest, u need Dense Grinding Stone and thats made by Blacksmithers. For second quest u need Thorium Widget -> made by Engineers. And one important thing u need to remeber, do not take quest More Thorium Widgets coz it gives less reputation ( its from same NPC - "Rinling")

I tried to reach Exalted with the Thorium Widget quest, but you can't take them afther Friendly iirc, so the only way is throught Darkmoon Deck Quests. It's confirmed on wowwiki too.
