From Auberdine, in Darkshore, take the boat to Menethil Harbor, in the Wetlands. (If you take the wrong boat in AUberdine, it will take you to Ru'theran Village. No big deal, just backtrack.) From Menethil Harbor, you're going to want to follow the road through Wetlands to Loch Modan. (In Menethil Harbor, make sure you speak to the griffon trainer to learn the flight path.) The road through the Wetlands can be dangerous; the monsters are in the low 20s. At the end of the Wetlands, you'll go through some stone tunnels through the mountains to Loch Modan. The road through Loch Modan is pretty straight -- check out the road signs and follow the directions to Dun Morogh and/or Ironforge. (In Loch Modan, speak to the griffon master.) The path through Dun Morogh is a piece of cake, and you'll be in Ironforge in no time at all. In Ironforge, speak to the flight master to learn the flight path. I recommend setting your hearthstone at the inn in Ironforge, since you can always use Teleport:Moonglade to get back to Darnassus. Now you'll be able to use your hearthstone to visit the auction house, and have easy access to the Eastern Kingdoms. Ask a guard to point you towards the Deeprun Tram. Ride the tram -- it's free! -- to Stormwind City. In Stormwind -- can you guess? -- speak to the flight master to learn the flight path. Exit Stormwind City into Elwynn Forest. Follow the road to the south, then west into Westfall. On your way towards the ocean, stop at Sentinel Hill and speak to the flight master.
