Talent : https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=63543&&name=empowered-renew should trigger https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=34860&&name=holy-concentration
Bug description : Empowered renew should trigger holy concentration but it doesn't
Screen shoot : It is hard to SS when there is 50% chance to do it but truest me it does NOT working
