[FIXED] Druid Balance 4 T10 Set Bonus

Bonusul respectiv (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=70723#comments,https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=70723#comments) nu merge cum trebuie.
Daca dai 2 crituri consecutive, aici acel dot se inlocuieste. Normal ar trebui sa fie aditiv, sa functioneze exact ca talentul de la mag Ignite.
Exemplu: daca dai 1 crit de 10k, dotul se pune de 700 dmg impartit in 2 tickuri. Daca tickuie 450 dmg si pana sa tickuie a 2-a oara dai alt crit de 10k, noul dmg ar trebui sa fie 450+700 dmg din now impartit in 2 tickuri.
