Donate problem

Hi. I dont know if its the place to write about the problem. I am from Bulgaria. Two days ago i used Bulbank to donate like 40 euro but i didnt recieve points. The item i wanted to purchase was Shadowmourne but i couldnt because of the no points i recieved. I dont know if the problem is comming from me. Please help me by giving me back the money or giving me points or shadowmourne i dont know please help.

Bunã. Nu ºtiu dacã sa potrivit pentru a scrie despre aceastã problemã. Sunt din Bulgaria. Douã zile în urmã, am folosit Bulbank de a dona 40 euro, dar ca nu am primit puncte.Element am vrut sã cumpere, dar a fost Shadowmourne i nu a putut din cauza punctelor nu am primit. Nu ºtiu dacã problema vine de la mine. Te rog ajutã-mã de dându-mi banii înapoi sau sã-mi dea puncte sau shadowmourne Nu stiu te rog ajutã-.
