Donate problem

Hi. I dont know if its the place to write about the problem. I am from Bulgaria. Two days ago i used Bulbank to donate like 40 euro but i didnt recieve points. The item i wanted to purchase was Shadowmourne but i couldnt because of the no points i recieved. I dont know if the problem is comming from me. Please help me by giving me back the money or giving me points or shadowmourne i dont know please help.

You do not receive any points when you donate. All you have to do is to talk to Shocker and give him your receit informations. You can find him at
