Descrierea bugului / Bug description: When i stack 2x arcane blast, the slow is procing on mob, and me , and i get 30% increased cast time.. :S a

i also noticed that bug... when i kill a target with arcane blast the slow is procing on me

Y its true, and its kinda sick, that slows my spells :S
