Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nu da tot timpul Flamestrike,da de 3 ori la rand apoi nu mai da.

Se poate vedea in screen shot ca nu apare dmgul de la Flamestrike,test it daca nu vi se pare de ajuns.

If 2 or more targets are affected by blast wave ..... tu ai dat dmg cu blast wave la un singur target
