When you or the linked target gains a critical PERIODIC damage or healing effect, deci ce inteleg eu din asta e ca are proc doar din HoT's sau DoT's, adica nu o sa aiba proc la priestul ala de la pennance sau flash heal, de la renew ar trebui si din cate tin eu minte chiar merge
