Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Base mastery is kind of gone? You are supposed to have 8 mastery the moment you get 80 level and learn the mastery thing from the trainer while on the ptr im having none.

Any other kind of proof there should be a base mastery?

8.00 % mastery este base.
uitate pe orice char pe wow armory. (ex Jubeto are 1910 mastery ce da 10.65%. dar total are 18.65% mastery).

Zohlomg post gave out whats needed and that mastery is gained by default from learning mastery from trainer. You can check every single mastery aura application in Wowhead and they add exactly 8 of something. Please take a look into it since its a very easy fix.
