Descrierea bugului / Bug description: frost fire bolt nu beneficiaza de frost finger

aici se vede crit chance al meu in jur de 12% iar FFB are 8% ~~~TOATE FFB au fost date cu brain freeze si cu finger of frost activ

iar ca dovada ca finger merge cu ice lance >>crit este 27% deci undeva la 12%x3

Nici mie nu imi mai merge, frostfire bolt beneficia inainte de Fingers of Frost cu ajutorul lui Brain Freeze, dar acuma numai.

Ar fi pacat sa incepem live-ul cu aceste buguri importante!!!

Uitate la fixuri pe 10/9/2011 ' Fingers of Frost sa afecteze doar Ice Lance si Deep Freeze'

pai brain freeze (frost fire bolt instant) trebuie sa beneficieze si el de finger of frost
