Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Seals of Command dupa cum spune in tooltip ar trebuii sa dea in 2 targeturi cele mai apropiate de cel initial (pe wowhead scrie ca ar trebuii sa dea in toate targeturile cele mai apropiate de melee damage, dar asta nu pe 4.0.6) dar nu da pe nici un target aditional, partea cu damageul inca nu am testato pentru ca inca nu am lvl 85 si nu am cum sa testez acum.
