[REJECTED] Mage Spells, Talents And Functions.

Descrierea bugului / Bug description:
1. Coldsnap doesn't work if you recently used the spell which you want to have refreshed.
2. Frostfire Orb doesn't generate Fingers of Frost & Brain Freeze proccs.
3. Water Elemental does not have the "Send-to-Move" Action
4. Ice barrier doesn't scale propertly with spellpower. (Mana Shield however, does scale exact and propertly.)

Encountered two bugs with the Shadow Priests 2 days ago from now.

Devouring Plague does x2 seperate hits at once when pressed and did 24K instant damage upon use (Will differ between Spellpower. (No proof on this yet, but will most likely remain unfixed until then.)

(Heard that Priests were able to use two types of Inner Fire buffs, the old one and the new one.)
