Descrierea bugului / Bug description: stun-ul de la blitz ar trebui sa aiba melee range, aici daca da unul charge pe un healer la 40y, iei si tu stun

intr.adevar range.ul la blitz mi se pare ca este cam mare, dar nu ar trebui sa fie melee range in niciun caz! Si 40y? Chiar asa? Macar daca faci un post de genu asta, relateaza si tu niste valori reale si la dovada pune un screenshot, nu link.ul spellului unde scrie: NEARBY(asta nu inseamna neaparat melee range)
