Descrierea bugului / Bug description: They simply don't share DR when they are supposed to be.
Dovada / Proof: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/999290407 Official forums. Also if you see the wowwiki page ( http://www.wowwiki.com/Diminishing_returns ) they share the same DR group.
